Every effort has been made to display the jewellery clearly on the website, however due to the nature of sea glass, each piece of Drift jewellery is unique. Pieces ordered will be similar in design to those featured, but not exactly the same. Please do email me if you have any queries.
I aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, however, if an item you have ordered is out of stock, I will let you know as soon as possible by email. I reserve the right to remove any design from the website at any time.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges within the U.K. are free on all orders over £50, and charged at £3.95 on orders under £50. These are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For post. Please allow 5-7 working days for your jewellery to arrive. If you require your item urgently, please call 07747-607929 to check stock beforehand and then select Express Delivery at the checkout. This service costs £10 and is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (which is insured and guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm). Please place your order before 12 midday. Please note that orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday before 1pm. International deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £13 and sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service.
I aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. If your item is urgent, please contact me to establish availability and delivery times. Someone will be required to sign for the parcel. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. I am afraid, I cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect, or if, at your request, the parcel is left somewhere unsigned for.
I accept payment by PayPal, which is safe and easy to use. You don´t have to be a member of PayPal to use this service.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in its original packaging within 7 days and I will be happy to give you a refund. Please email me on email@example.com for the returns address. I am sorry but I cannot refund the original postage and you will need to pay for the return postage. Please ensure that it is as well packaged as possible to avoid breakages. I do recommend that you get proof of postage from the Post Office.
Sea glass is breakable, so please take care when wearing your piece, especially when putting on and taking it off. Ideally do this over a carpeted area, not hard floor. I am afraid I cannot be held responsible for such breakages.
The majority of my designs are made using either sterling silver or 14k gold filled gold (longer lasting than gold plate as it is made with a solid gold sheet pressure bonded onto a base metal, brass).
