I make each piece myself, and usually carry one or two of each design in stock, so if your order is urgent, please contact me first to establish availability and delivery times.

Delivery, UK & abroad:
Delivery charges within the U.K. are FREE on all orders over £50, and charged at £3.95 on orders under £50.  These are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For post. Please allow 7-10 working days for your jewellery to arrive.  If you require your item urgently, please call 07747-607929 to check stock beforehand and then select Express Delivery at the checkout. This service costs £10 and is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (which is insured and guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm). Please place your order before 12 midday.  Please note that orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday before 1pm. 

International deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £13 and sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. 

All delivery methods will require a signature on arrival. Please bare this in mind when filling in the delivery address at the checkout. 

Gift Wrapping:
Each piece of Drift jewellery comes beautifully gift wrapped, in either a smart grey & gold Drift presentation box or, for purchases under £50, tissue and a pretty organza bag.

If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, please return it (unworn) in its original packaging within 7 days and I will be happy to give you a refund. Please email me beforehand and I will give you the return address details.

In the UK, please return all jewellery either by Royal Mail Signed For Post or Special Delivery to ensure a secure and traceable delivery. For international orders, please ensure your method of return is tracked and insured to the value of the goods. All returns should be well packed to avoid damage during transportation

I am sorry but I am unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless they are sent as stated above. Refunds, exchanges and credit notes will be for the original value of the item purchased, excluding any delivery charges.
